Had a request for a Hawkgirl mace tutorial. This can be made for around $5.

Most of the construction of the Hawkgirl mace is just cardboard, but the glue layers give it added strength. If you find your glue is too goopy when you paint it on the Hawkgirl mace, you can cut it by mixing 2 parts glue to one part water. It makes it easier to apply, but it also means you’ll have to add a few more coats to get the appropriate strength.

Hawkgirl had a couple different mace designs, but they were all fairly similar in shape. My Hawkgirl mace is kind of a cross between the Justice League and Injustice versions, since it fits the Justice League design more, but the colors are closer to the Injustice mace. If you want to do one of the other versions, just swap out the colors for whichever Hawkgirl mace version you’re making.
