DIY Reusable Card

In the video below, I’ll show you how to make a DIY reusable card that never has to be thrown away.

DIY Reusable Card

MATERIALS USED:
Blank card
Small scrap of printed paper
Small scraps of plain colored paper
Glue stick
Red, black, and orange puffy paint
2 Chalkboard Labels
Chalkboard markers
Scissors

If you’re interested in being more eco-friendly, this is a great way to “green up” your greetings. It’s the perfect card to send to a fellow waste-conscious friend since it never has to be thrown out.

The card can be reused multiple times, since the message is written on erasable chalk labels. The recipient can just erase your chalked message, and chalk in a new one to give to someone else. Zero-waste solution.

I did my reusable card as a birthday card, but you could do it for any occasion: Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc. just by changing the imagery on the card. And then it can be reused over and over again for that holiday, with a new message written in it each time.

It might be a good idea to pair it with a gift of chalkboard markers as well, so they can reuse the card if they don’t have their own chalk markers.
