Fallout – Easy, No Sew DIY Fallout Vault Tec Suit

Easy, No Sew DIY Fallout Vault Tec Suit

You can turn some old second hand clothes into a simple no-sew DIY Fallout vault tec suit with a little fabric fuse tape.

MATERIALS USED:
Blue turtleneck
Blue pants
Old boots
1 foot of Gold fabric
Cardboard
Fabric fuse tape
Stick backed velcro
Black cord
Hot glue gun
Scissors
Pencil
Silver paint
Paintbrush

Because most everything on this costume is taken care of with fuse tape, there’s no need to sew. However, if you enjoy sewing, the gold sleeve covers would do well being sewn.

Like most of my costumes, I broke this into 2 pieces. The top half had a partial zipper, but if you want to be more authentic, look for one with a full zipper. The gold fabric I got at JoAnn’s, but you could also cut up some clothing from a second hand shop as well.
