I had a request for a Gungnir, Odin’s Spear tutorial. This is the version from the Thor: The Dark World movie, so it can be used for either an Odin cosplay, or for Loki after having taking the throne.

You can either draw the pieces for Odin’s Spear freehand, or you can get the free pdf template here.

The matboard I used for Odin’s Spear you can get anyplace that sells photo frames. I got mine from Michael’s. You can also used duct tape instead of electrical tape, but I prefer electrical tape because it doesn’t have the little divots in it that duct tape does. Also, the smaller your glue gun is, the easier it will be to make precision designs.
