This is a tutorial for the Evenstar necklace that Arwen gives to Aragorn in the Lord of the Rings movies.

This Evenstar necklace can be made for around $7 and be worn with either an Aragorn or Arwen costume.

The Evenstar necklace itself is just clay and a little painting and beadwork to give it that elvish worked look. You’ll probably want to use the FIMO clay if you can find it, since it’s one of the few that hold up the small pieces used here. I found the sparkly beads and sticky backed sequins I used for the center of the Evenstar necklace at JoAnn Fabrics.
