Boba Fett Costume Part 2: DIY Boba Fett Jet Pack Tutorial

This is a DIY Boba Fett jet pack tutorial for a very simplified version of Boba Fett’s jet pack. Had a request for this one after I posted the Boba Fett blaster tutorial.

DIY Boba Fett Jet Pack Tutorial

The paint that I used on my DIY Boba Fett jet pack was the FolkArt Home Decor Chalk paint in color “Spanish Moss,” which seemed to fairly close; kind of a nice army type green. You can usually find it in local craft stores for $5 or $6, but if not, they also carry it on Amazon here, though it’s a bit more expensive.

This is definitely not an exact replica, I simplified it a lot, cutting out some of the details and changing the paint a bit. However, the simplification also makes it less expensive to construct, so I was able to make it mostly out of things like wrapping paper rolls and cardboard boxes that I already had lying around. All in all, I spent under $10 in materials, (mostly just the poster board and paint).
