A carrick bend knot bracelet is an easy to way to make a simple bracelet using scrap materials.

Because of its simplicity, a carrick bend know bracelet is a fun one to make with kids.

You can use bias tape scraps as I did, or you can use some thin strips of scrap fabric, or even string or yarn. You just want to make sure your pieces are on the thicker side, so if you’re using yarn or string, make sure you use several pieces to give it the needed bulk.
