Scrap of gold adhesive foil (or gold paint)

Black electrical tape or black paint
Red paper
Blue foil or paper
Metallic silver paint
Paintbrush
Small red bead
Flat round bead
Cylinder bead
Scissors
Pencil
Ruler

A few of you may have already seen this, as those who got the Aayla Secura lightsaber building kit back in April got early access to the the tutorial video. However, for most you, this tutorial is probably still new.

As mentioned back in April, I will be making the entire Aayla Secura costume, so this lightsaber is the first part of that. I’ll be making it slowly in increments, since full costumes take a bit longer. So there will be other videos in between, but it is in progress.

So watch for the twi’lek lekku tutorial coming soon. In the meantime, get out your cardboard tubes and let’s get making this Aayla Secura lightsaber DIY!
