This is the final part of the requested Bellatrix Lestrange costume tutorial. In the video below I’ll show you how to make Bellatrix’s wand, bird skull necklace, and how to style that fabulously messy hair.

MATERIALS USED:
Oven bake clay 
Black Metallic paint 
Metallic silver paint (Silver Anniversary)
Soft-bristle paint brush
1 foot piece of black yarn and a wide-eyed needle
Awl or knitting needle to make the hole in bird head
2 sticks of different thicknesses
Power-tac Glue 
A curly black or brown wig
Bobby pins
1 sock
A small barrette

The wig for this costume I found in a local Halloween shop (which was nicely, 50% off the day after Halloween). I believe Bellatrix’s hair was actually brown, but I was only able to find a black wig in that tight, wavy style, so I just used that. Since she was shown in dark light so often, it looked dark anyway.
