Farm Market Changes

The summer farm market season starts this Saturday, June 3rd, with the Canandaigua Farmers Market, but there will be a few changes to my market schedule this year.

I will be attending the Canandaigua Farmers Market 8:30-12:30am under the Mill Street Pavilion every Saturday as usual. I will also be attending the Victor Farmers Market 3-7pm in the Village Hall parking lot every Wednesday as usual. I will not, however, be attending the Cheshire Farm Market this year.

It’s a bit sad, as the Cheshire market was one of my favorites, but the last couple years my schedule has just seemed too crunched trying to do 3 markets per week, and it makes me kinda feel like I don’t have time to breathe (I think my broken face probably has something to do with that). Since breaking my face a couple years ago, my energy level has been about half its normal level, and I get tired a lot faster, so I had to make a change.

After thinking long and hard, I made the decision to give up the Cheshire market. I will miss it, but the slightly slower schedule will be a blessing. The other two farm markets are spaced better for me time-wise, and I think they’ll be able to pick up the slack fine. Also hoping it gives me a little more time to make costumes for people this year, since I seem to be getting more and more orders. (And since costume making is one of my greatest loves, I’m pretty happy about that.)

So while I won’t be seeing you all at Cheshire this year, I hope you’ll still stop by the Canandaigua and Victor markets. Happy Summer πŸ™‚

    Hi!
Can’t make it to the Canandaigua Mkt tomorrow Sat. 6/3/17 so if you have my votive candles ready perhaps I can get them on the 10th. I am not in a hurry so even a month from now would be fine.
    Let me know
    Thanks Amber,
    Gloria
