Han Solo Costume Part 3: How to Make the Shirt and Vest

This is part 3 of my Han Solo costume tutorial, the shirt and vest.

Han Solo Costume Tutorial

The two white shirts I use here I picked up for a couple of bucks at the local Salvation Army. I made the vest from scratch out of some material leftover from my Hawkeye costume tutorial, since it was good stiff material and looked fairly similar to Han’s. If you want to simplify it, however, you could also just get a large black shirt, cut off the sleeves, and cut open the front to make a quicker, easier vest.
