Renaissance Fortune Teller Costume Tutorial

This Renaissance fortune teller costume requires a little bit of sewing on the over skirts and sequins, but much of the rest of the costume base can be picked up for a few dollars in a 2nd hand shop.

Renaissance Fortune Teller Costume

I’ve always adored Renaissance era costumes, and while this fortune teller costume doesn’t quite fit traditional Renaissance standards, it does hint of Renaissance era fashion.

I chose to use some brighter colors on this fortune teller costume, but you could also swap them out for darker shades to lend more of an air of mystery to your costume.
