This is based on the Aragorn costume version that he wears after the fellowship leaves Rivendell.

How to Make an Aragorn Costume

Aragorn had a couple different shirts with that one; I do the red version here, but you could do one of the other colors if you prefer. This particular version of the Aragorn costume also had kind of a muddy green coat that he wore with it, but I ended up not making that part since I was running out of time when I was making this.

The brown material I used for the tunic is alova, which is a great material because it doesn’t fray, so you never have to hem the edges. The pants and boots were just a pair he already had that seemed to match the Aragorn costume all right. The sword was something my brother made by flattening a piece of PVC pipe and painting it metallic silver
