Spock Costume – How to Make Spock’s Meditation / Funeral Robe
I had a request for a somewhat for a less common Star Trek costume this week, Spock’s meditation robe from Star Trek The Motion Picture.
This one of the few pieces of clothing in the first Star Trek movie that didn’t look like glorified pajamas. Kind of ironic that out of everybody, the Vulcans would be the fashion divas 😉
This is the same robe that Spock wears while meditating in the Wrath of Khan as well, though the undershirt there is white. In the first Star Trek movie it was a sort of lavenderish/gray, so that was the one I went with for this. I believe it’s also the same robe used as Spock’s funeral robe.

I am looking for some type of pattern for a female Vulcan robe. Do yoy have anything like that available?
Hi Betty, I don’t have anything very close to a female Vulcan robe at this point. The closest I have now would probably be altering either the Jedi robe, or the Galadriel dress as a robe, since the sleeves on that are very similar to Vulcan robe sleeves.
