Pepakura is one of the greatest methods to create spot-on cosplay props and armor. Naturally, an important part of the process is learning how to size and print Pepakura patterns.

How to Print and Size Pepakura Patterns

Had a request for how to size and print Pepakura patterns, and while it doesn’t really qualify as a “craft” project per se, it’s one that was already filmed, so I went ahead and used it as a Monday post. It’s one that was guest-filmed by my brother, since he’s the resident Pepakura master of the family. His voice kind of fades out at points, so if you can’t hear something, feel free to ask.

Before you try printing any Pepakura patterns, you’ll need the software. You can download the pepakura viewer and designer (you’ll need both) here. (I don’t think they have it available for Mac users yet). And if you’re in need of Pepakura patterns, you can download a ton of them here.
