These cute little Halloween bat clothespins can be easily assembled with a bit of glue, paint, and craft foam.

They’re super easy and make a great craft to do with kids (and when no one’s looking, your inner 9-year-old will love playing with them too).

As an alternative to craft foam, you could also use black cardstock or construction paper for the wings. And if you want your Halloween bat to be slightly crazy, instead of painting on the eyes, glue on googly eyes, for that just-escaped-from-the-insane-haunted-house look.
