Batman Part 4: Batman Cosplay DIY Belt and Gloves

So part 4 of the Batman cosplay DIY is the belt (which will include attaching the grapnel gun and batarang from the last tutorial) and the gloves.

Batman Cosplay DIY Belt and Gloves

MATERIALS NEEDED:
Pellon (enough to go around your waist, plus an extra foot)
Gold foil fabric (enough to go around your waist)
1 foot of fake black leather
Black gloves
Hot glue gun
Scissors
x-acto knife (optional)
Sewing machine or needle and thread
Sticky backed velcro

I changed up the gloves a bit, stepping away from the Michael Keaton look, going for more a TMNT “Shredder” look by adding 5 spikes to the gloves, but if you want to stay more traditional, you can just do the standard 3 spikes. The pellon, gold foil fabric, and fake black leather can all be found at JoAnn Fabrics. The belt pieces are easy to draw free-hand, but if you need a template, I do have one here.
