I started experimenting with off gridding in 2017 (powering everything with solar) and have never regretted it. I love having my entire business run with power that is self-sufficient and eco-friendly, while also having power no matter what the weather is doing around me. Off gridding can be a little more labor-intensive, but it can be quite the money saver too. And it gives you the opportunity to be wherever you want, no matter how remote the location.
