In this tutorial I’ll you show how to make part 2 of the Dragon Age Isabela costume. This part of the tutorial is for Isabela’s dress, headscarf, and skirt. If you missed the first part of the tutorial, the daggers, check that out here.

MATERIALS USED:
Large white t-shirt
Silver eyelets
Eyelet pliers
1 yard of white cording
1/2 yard of blush fabric for skirt and headscarf
Scissors
Sewing pins
Pencil
Sewing machine or needle and thread
Black shorts (optional)

The fabric I used for my Isabela headscarf and skirt aren’t an exact match to what she had in the video game. But I wanted to use up some old material I had lying around. However you can choose something a little closer to what Isabela had in the game if you want to be a little more authentic.

The dress is basically comprised of a large, white t-shirt that’s been cut to shape. I also added a pair of black shorts underneath, since I don’t like showing a huge amount of skin. But that’s optional, and you can always skip the shorts if you prefer to show more skin. Just make sure the white shirt you use is stretchy or you may find it difficult to get into.
