Quick and Easy Halloween Decor Ideas

Quick and Easy Halloween Decor Ideas

If you’re looking for a few quick and easy Halloween decor ideas, give these a try.

MATERIALS USED:

Mouse infested couch:
Batting stuffing
Fake mice

Pumpkin Jars:
Clear jars (mine were old yogurt jars)
Masking tape
Orange paint
Battery tea lights
Scissors
Pencil

Popsicle Spider Webs:
Popsicle sticks
White thread
White paint
Paintbrush
Scissors
Plastic spiders

All of these Halloween decor ideas are simple to make with items you may already have or can pick up cheaply. They’re easy to do, and make haunting the house a little cuter. From mice tearing apart the couch, to pumpkins made from old yogurt jars, they’re a simple way to bring a little Halloween into the house.

Someone at the farm market gives me all her old yogurt jars. They’re a great size for doing projects with. I’ve often used them as containers for poured candles, and for Halloween, I decided to turn a few into little pumpkin tea light holders. They’re super easy to make.

And yes, I have a purple couch πŸ˜‰ It was one my relatives had given me, but it needed to be recovered, so of course being me, I couldn’t have a neutral toned fabric covering. I recovered it in this beautiful purple butterfly fabric and it just brightens up the whole room.

Hope you find these a fun addition to your usual Halloween decor. Happy Halloween!
