Sorcerer / Sorceress Headband DIY – Quick and Easy

Sorcerer / Sorceress Headband DIY - Quick and Easy

A few charms and some sparkly plastic gems can get you a quick and easy sorcerer or sorceress headband DIY accessory.

MATERIALS USED:
2 wing charms
Stretchy cord
Red plastic gem
Multi surface glue
Piece of wire or twig to attach everything to
Scissors

A magical headband is often the defining accessory of a sorcerer or sorceress costume. While robes often denote an air of sorcery as well, they’re still used for many costumes that are not magical characters.

Sorcery-style headbands tend to be exclusive to the sorcerer / sorceress character communities. They make the type of character instantly recognizable.

I used this headband as a brooch in one of my ASMR videos and a few people really seemed to like it. So when I got a request to do a sorceress headband tutorial, I figured this would be the perfect one to show.

I already had it filmed, since I’m planning to use it as part of a Morrigan costume in the future. That’s still a few weeks out though, because I’ll be collaborating with a local band (The Archive Ravens) for that.

So that’ll have to wait until we can match up our schedules. Until then, I hope you enjoy this sorcery circlet tutorial!
