How To Make Darth Revan’s Sith Lightsaber – Star Wars Cardboard Lightsaber Tutorial

So to follow the Darth Revan jedi lightsaber tutorial from a few weeks ago, this week I’ll be showing you how to make Darth Revan’s sith lightsaber from a cardboard tube.

How To Make Darth Revan's Sith Lightsaber - Star Wars Cardboard Lightsaber Tutorial

MATERIALS USED:
2 cardboard tubes, one that fits inside other
Silver adhesive foil or tinfoil
Gold adhesive foil
2mm craft foam
Flat bottle cap
Half inch tall bottle cap
2 flat round plastic beads (1 red)
Long thin black bead
Cardstock scraps
Black Metallic paint
Paint brush
Scissors
Utility knife
Glue that will stick to metal (Power-tac)
Ruler
Pencil
Black electrical tape

Darth Revan’s sith lightsaber is a bit more practical than his other lightsaber, as it doesn’t have the prongs on the side. It’s essentially a smooth-hilt lightsaber which would make it much easier to hold.

His sith lightsaber is also a bit easier to make, since it’s mostly just cardboard circles cut to fit over the tube and covered in silver foil.

This lightsaber also has a bit of gold foil on it. Like the silver, the gold foil is meant to go in the Cricut machines. While it might be challenging to find a substitute for the gold, you can substitute tinfoil for the silver if you want a cheaper alternative.
